As the spouse of a U.S. Marine, adaptability wasn’t optional—it was a way of life. Navigating the unique challenges faced by military families sharpened her ability to innovate, problem-solve, and lead through change. That same mindset now fuels her work with small businesses, where she supports owners behind the scenes, helping them create sustainable systems so they can focus on their mission and growth.
